Using Fingerprint GUI for authentication purposes
First off, thanks for providing Fingerprint GUI!
I've been experimenting with the BSAPI library for linux to control my fingerprint sensor for a current project I am working on, but I am currently stuck and am now trying to implement your GUI into my project if possible.
I am looking to have a database of saved fingerprint files, (somewhere on the computer, not anything over the network or anything external) have a user scan their fingerprint, then use that to compare with the database. If there is a match I want to do something (run my own python script). I am not sure how to hack into fingerprint GUI for it to accommodate what I need. I have read your hacking section on the main page, but I am not sure where to begin in terms of how I can implement the enrolling/saving/verification process into my program.
